Do we have to change our accounting software?
No. We work inside the platform you already use, such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks or Buildium, and follow your chart of accounts and reporting cadence.
Is Kynetic Edge a new practice?
Yes, and we say so plainly. We are an early-stage practice led by an accountant with years of hands-on real estate and fund accounting experience. We would rather show you how we work than imply a client list we do not yet have.
How is our financial data protected?
Every engagement runs under a signed confidentiality agreement, with access limited to the people working on your account. We have not yet pursued SOC 2 or ISO 27001 and will tell you that directly.
Can we start with one workstream?
Yes. Many engagements begin with a single scope such as CAM reconciliation or a close backlog, then expand once the process is proven.
